"Maine Story" to screen at SouthSide Film Festival

"Maine Story" will screen at the Southside Film Festival taking place in Bethlehem, PA from June 17-21. Pennsylvania is the home state of our illustrious composer, John Francis. "Maine Story" a Regional Finalist for the Student Academy Awards

Big news: "Maine Story" has just been named a regional finalist for the Student Academy Awards. It will screen at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences theater in New York on April 27th where the finalists who will compete nationally will be determined.

Maryland Film Festival

"Maine Story" will screen at the 10th Maryland Film Festival in Baltimore, MD from May 1-4, 2008.

Big Island Film Festival

"Maine Story" will screen at the Big Island Film Festival in Waikoloa, Hawaii from May 15-18. More details to follow.

Indianapolis International Film Festival

"Maine Story" will screen at the Indianapolis International Film Festival from April 23 - May 3. This will be a hometown screening for our lead actor, Chris Stack.

Best Student Narrative Award at the CFVF

"Maine Story" won the Best Student Narrative award at the 30th Carolina Film and Video Festival this past weekend. Nina Chernik, director/producer, was present to accept the award.

Women in Film Panel at the Kent Film Festival

Nina Chernik, the director/producer of "Maine Story" will be a panelist on the "Women in Film" panel at the Kent Festival in Kent, CT on Saturday, March 29th at 11:00am.
